III Special services

1. Registration

Registration via an existing user account is required for the provision of certain content or services. A corresponding registration is required for the user account. We process the personal data you provide during registration to enable you to use our services in the area of our website that requires registration. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

2. FAN ID

To purchase an NFT, prior registration with FAN-ID, a service of Liquiditeam GmbH, Willy-Brandt-Platz 16-20, 38102 Braunschweig (hereinafter "Liquiditeam") is required. Liquiditeam is solely responsible pursuant to Art. 4 No. 7 GDPR for the data processing that takes place during registration with FAN-ID. 3. When you contact us

When you contact us, e.g. by e-mail, the data you provide (e.g. your e-mail address, possibly your name, your telephone number, etc.) will be processed by us in order to process your enquiry and, if necessary, to contact you. We will delete the data collected in this context when it is no longer required for the aforementioned purpose, provided that the deletion does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations.
